"Weirdly situated on a busy road but actually quite quiet and peacefull inside. Really classy restaurant and very good friendly service. The steaks were absolutely outstanding. Both the wet aged and the dry aged versions. Definitely worth coming back for. The deserts was a total fail in my opinion. The banoffee pie had no banana in it and the cheesecake was just as weird. Both tasted like it was prepared with instant pudding and jelly. Big dissappointment after that steak."

"Booked table on a Wednesday evening - dinner for 2. Lovely ambiance, indoor and outdoor seating. There was a fire going outdoors as we entered. Service was average, none of the waiters seemed very friendly. We were treated with one of the best home made bread and fflavored butter. Was told that the calamari was soft however it was a bit rubbery. The seared tuna starter was good. The Long Island was rather weak. Dessert was the better dish."

"We were with a group of 21 and we had limited choices (they arranged that) so service was good and quick. Food was OKish and the restaurant was cosy and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful"

"This has been on my want to go places for a while now, and we finally visited. It's a lovely place for date night/day. The deco is great, not too chilled, and not too fancy. It has that nice balance to it. Anyway, we ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and a Chai latte then we had the livers for starters, and it was so good that we would have licked the plate if it were acceptable, and we ate it with our complimentary bread and butter. For mains, we ordered the Lamb shank with mash, and our waiter was kind enough to advise that it was big enough for two people to share, and it definitely was. It was a delicious, hearty meal. We were so full from it that we had no space for dessert, overall, and fantastic experience. The food is a bit pricey, but you're paying for good food, so I'd definitely recommend it."
